All fulfillment, customer service, returns, and refunds remain the responsibility of the third-party sellers whose products are promoted. Your only role is to host the TikTok account that the videos are posted on.

Between: Lattice Commerce Limited ("Lattice", "we") and the Applicant identified below ("you").
1. Purpose. This 14-day pilot lets us demonstrate our TikTok Shop Affiliate operations service at no cost or risk to you.
2. Term. 14 calendar days from the date you sign below. Auto-expires unless both parties sign the full Services Agreement.
3. Your obligations. Receive 1-2 finished videos per day from Lattice via WhatsApp and upload them to your own TikTok account within 24 hours of receipt, following Lattice's caption and product-tagging instructions. You retain full control of your account at all times — no password, login, or admin permission is shared with Lattice. You may stop the pilot at any time simply by ceasing to upload.
4. Our obligations. Produce and deliver 4-6 ready-to-post short videos over the pilot period, each accompanied by caption text, hashtags, and product-tag instructions referencing your TikTok Shop Affiliate Product Showcase. Source products from the TikTok Shop affiliate catalogue, write scripts, film, and edit. Provide viewer engagement guidance for comments/DMs on the posted videos. All creative work is performed off-platform on Lattice's own systems. Order fulfillment, returns, and refunds remain the responsibility of the third-party sellers whose products are promoted.
5. Fees. None during the pilot. We do not invoice you. We retain no claim to affiliate commissions earned during the pilot.
6. Commission ownership during pilot. Any affiliate commissions paid by TikTok Shop during the pilot are 100% yours.
7. After the pilot. Both parties may, at their option, sign the full Services Agreement (80/20 revenue split). Neither party is obliged to do so.
8. Account safety. We will not change your account email, phone, password, or recovery info. We will not engage in any activity that violates TikTok's Terms of Service.
9. Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other's confidential information private.
10. Data protection. We process your personal data per our Privacy Notice, in compliance with the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
11. Liability. Lattice's liability under this pilot is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence, capped at £100.
12. Governing law. This pilot is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in London courts.
